I have thought long and hard about writing this post - and delayed as long as I can to give every opportunity of remediation. Everyone deserves an opportunity and there is always circumstance - but this would appear to be a habit over a trend.

After more than eight months of trying to get Mr Ward to communicate, I feel I am left with no option but to pursue him through legal means. I am both saddened and angered by his complete disrespect for his customer base on top of being materially out of pocket. All the more frustrating when he does tend to produce good product.

I know I am not alone in finding it impossible to get Mr Ward to communicate (unless purchasing something) - and I also know I am not alone in having Mr Ward owe money and/or goods.

Therefore, if anyone else has an issue (and I am aware of at least two others to date), if they would care to provide me with details via PM, I will seek to add them to a 'class action'.

Should someone have his ear currently, I am always prepared to listen - but in 'the silence is deafening' mode he leaves no choice. @Clive Ward
 
living in Kent I have always been able to visit Clive and buy face to face. Sadly as you say his products are good but he can be very difficult to pin down. Shame it has come to require a legal case to resolve your problem but obviously you must do what’s best for you.

I feel like I have no other recourse. I do not want to do this - but how else do I get what I'm owed?

small claims court may be simplest way and cheapest way you can do it yourself online.

Have you tried via the nightvision forum? he is or was very active on their and you may be able to embarrass him into giving you your money back as he gets a lot of business via the forum.

Watching this with much interest, I tried repeatedly to to buy one of his thermal scopes, he just never replied when I called,txt, messaged on here or e-mailed, looks like I had a lucky escape.
 
I've dealt with Clive on several occasions, and have never had any hassle, and always found him to be helpful.
In fact he recently went out of his way to sort out a custom pill for my Blade, so I could use it with an older Pulsar nv unit.

Yeah, sorry about that. I'd iintially added my post @ #10 on this thread to the thread linked by @Triggermortis by mistake.

Sorry to hear the OP is having difficulties, I don't know the details of his dispute. All I can say, is in my dealings with @Clive Ward , over the past 5 years,whether asking for advice or in relation to purchases, he has been more than helpful.

I hope that the OP's dispute can be settled amicably.
 
I love how several people now have come on here, and other platforms giving CW an ultimatum hoping to prompt a constructive outcome, get nowhere with it and do nothing 🤣🤣.
