I Just wanted to report some incredible customer service from Clive Ward....

Having bought one of his scopes and not being technologically very savvy, I was struggling with setting it up... Clive offered to come and do it for me... now some will say he was just around the corner... but no he drove over 3 hrs in either direction on a Saturday to make sure one of his customers was sorted out. First class service and now I can get going...

To be honest I have only ever had good experiences with Clive? Most recent being ordered a scope from him! Communication was great and scope arrived next working day as promised!

I do not doubt you buddy, but all I can say is I got the ump with broken promises to call me back and spent my money elsewhere

The bit I don’t get is I was trying to spend a not inconsiderable amount on the purchase of NV, the fact he couldn’t be bothered to take my money left me wondering what would happen IF I did have a warranty issue ?
