Bullet Head stamp

Could anyone tell me what the number would represent on these cases. It is military ammo but there is a number separate and wonder if it is the year or batch number. Got ones with 14-23 so assume it is the year

Radway, just up the road from me.
Use to deliver stuff to there years ago and welded some steam pipes also.

Blank is L18, 5.56 ball has been L17 & L15 for the past 25 years or so.

No they just keep changing the marking system.

Title should be = Case head stamp. FYI RWS do stamp the base of some of their bullets.
