Whilst I applaud anybody getting training even if it's with a provider that seems to be less recognised in the industry.
This seems a bit sexist and ageist for modern non discrimination times.

Please note we cannot guarantee a place for all who register.

If demand exceeds the number of places, we will prioritise the following:

PDS1 – Females and people aged 20-40

Welcome, what have you been up to since joining in 2019?

I can't believe that they can openly say that they will prioritise females in their 20s and 30s. Does that not go against sexism and ageist laws?
They're probably trying to balance the stalker demographic which, as we know, is currently predominantly male, old and cantankerous!

In an area where fallow need managing a lot better, I think this is an excellent way forward.

I'm struggling to understand why reducing your pool of candidates is a good idea.

I think if a funded qualification needs prioritizing wouldn't it make sense to benefit people that struggle to afford it and I know it's ageist but younger people because they are more likely to pay it back in a life of taxes.
