I'd say along them linesThere is also a possible new version of Habrook visible from teaser on Instagram.
Hopefully new Habrook 4K with proper thermal channel?
Any comment Blackwood outdoors?![]()
Thought as much. Thanks.... maybe, if you want a front add on, would be worth a little wait..
And with a better IR for distance. There is also a possible new version of Habrook visible from teaser on Instagram.

But also the price will probably be closer to 4000€, than 1499€ as is current Habrok 4K price here. And with a better IR for distance.
Then it will be a bloody good unit.
Understand that. But I tried it and sent it back. Just did not cover what I required. But also the price will probably be closer to 4000€, than 1499€ as is current Habrok 4K price here.
I was lucky to have a chance to test Habrok 4K for two months in spring, when roe bucks season is in full time here.Understand that. But I tried it and sent it back. Just did not cover what I required.
But for deer stalking. Superb. Very happy with it.
So I believe/hope that thr new unit will cover all I need and if I have to pay for it I will pay for it.
If you look at buying a spotter and a decent pair of binos. There is not huge differences. I hope once we see the price.
Yes your right the ir is very poor indeedAnd with a better IR for distance.

That is what we are all wanting to know. Will the new 4K be better or not as good HH35l? The only thing stopping me getting the 4K was the thermal as I have the thunder and the thermal is great on that.

So I found the HQ35 excellent as a thermal and terrible optically in Bino mode. Although you could confidently say “yes that’s a deer” there wasn’t enough resolution to asses the quality of the animal even at short ranges in daylight and over 100m there was doubt as to it being a roe doe or roe buck. The 4K Habrok made up for the optical performance and while not being as good as glass in broad daylight they are decent for stalking hours. In fact better at light gathering by some margin than any glass. The thermal though simply has too much mag for most users. At 4.2x mag it’s like scanning through a kitchen roll tube. So epic tunnel vision and a very narrow FOV. The thermal sensor was greatly aided by having the extra mag, but the pair I used drove me mad while trying to use them as a thermal spotter. Will the new 4K be better or not as good HH35l? If the maybe upcoming new Hik Binos? Have 2x thermal mag on a 640 sensor and a 5.5x mag optical 4K channel then I think they might be near perfect for allot of stalkers.
Having written all that they will probably release something completely different now…
Been using the Habrok 4K's on loan for the past few days now - completely agree with your comment of "have 2x thermal mag on a 640 sensor and a 5.5x mag optical 4K channel". The current 4.2x on the thermal channel is just too much.So I found the HQ35 excellent as a thermal and terrible optically in Bino mode.
