That depends on the rifle and rail. On a tikka with a pic rail mounted onto the receiver yes. If it was something like a Sako 90 or Sako S20 with the two separate pic rails built into the receiver prob not due to height.

It’s a tikka lite and the piccatiny rail is a Rusan which is 7.5 cm high.
