A few years back the Outer Hebrides Fisheries Trust held and auction and some members on this forum benefited from it, one report can be found here:

The Trust are running the auction again this year, kicking off in about a week, with some fantastic stalking and fishing opportunities for the 2025 season. Some more lots were added today so it is possible there are still more to come. Some of the things on offer rate as "money can't buy" so for those in the know this really is a fantastic opportunity. It is also the case that the last time they didn't get much publicity for the auction and so I think it is fair to say that the lots sold at well below the market rate.
As I understand it the auction will start on the 17th October but the list of the available lots can be seen on the website, it is just you can't bid as yet:

I did check with Admin that I could give this a punt here as the Trust are a registered charity who do conservation work in the Hebrides and are involved in national and international projects around salmon conservation. I have no connection with the Trust other than that I know some of the people involved simply because I fish in the hebrides and the fishing/stalking community there is quite small. I might bid on some lots myself so really I should be keeping the whole thing as quiet as possible to try and keep prices down for me but these are opportunities that you really shouldn't miss - I'd guess if you know why then you know.
