308 primers collapsing

Just decapping some .308 and all the primers are falling apart. Never seen it before. Anyone experienced this?

Happens all the time, nothing unusual.

Yep, nothing to worry about. The compound that usually holds the anvil in place has burned away so there's nothing to retain it

I find it’s rare with Federal but most CCI seem to do it.

I have had this with CCI primers, not a problem.
