Also as an unintended consequence but a welcome consequence it would remove any excuse of "walking my dog" from illegal lurcher men coursing hares or using other dogs to bring down deer.
I think it's reasonable to prevent (cautiously avoiding the "ban" word) dogs from roaming on land where farm animals are kept. The problems with sheep need no explaining, but there's also the cow problem. Walk your dog through cows and there's always the possibility of getting well and truly stomped. With sheep, you'd have to keep them on a lead. With cows, you'd have to let them off.
Anyway dogs, however domesticated all have that prey drive to a greater or lesser degree and seeing sheep running off is always likely to bring that to the fore. For the most part, it's the owners that need schooled in what to do.

We can laugh, but who paid for the report? What is clear is that governments are continuing to allow civil servants to waste money on financing "leftie woke clap trap". That is because this sort of nonsense eventually becomes policy - the type of policy nobody ever votes for but which we cannot avoid having.How many of you read the report? It is quite clear that the government are not intending to ban dogs but this was a suggestion raised in a report that seems full of leftie woke clap trap! Click bait at its best
This is on the same continuum of lunacy which spent £100 million pounds to try to solve an unproven bat problem over a 10 acre area, when the same money could have financed a 10,000 acre nature reserve, if one really must spend such deranged sums to do so little good.
You are of course quite correct. The wokerati have commissioned the report from what I understand at taxpayers expense! Common sense died years ago

Yup. Like 20mph speed limits, non-crime incidents on people's (including children's) permanent records, changing to an electricity system based on technology that only works during daylight or when it is windy, Labour lying about major tax rises, Labour planning to trash the economy etc etc. All deranged Daily fail bollocks....until it's true.

Perhaps later. In the meantime, I'm stuck to my desk in order to pay for some ****wit on the public payroll to waste the majority of my income. An irritating burden, which would admittedly be reduced if everyone contributed equally.

I know. It's just a shame that most people think their "public services" are too. UK Public services cost over £38,000 per working person this year. If you're paying less tax than that, you're not pulling your weight and prancing around in leaves doesn't cut it.Hey man, leaves are free!
