Another 4 last night 3 were vixens. Probably saw 10+. Crossing roads or unshootable due to lack of perm or excessive distance.

I do my count to end of Feb for shoot agm.
I tend to base my success rate not on numbers but on fox sightings,none seen and your doing a good job.

Am doon fae last year, 18 vixens, 19 dogs, but av still a month to go. A start ma count fae the shooting season ends.

104 for me but would have been 200+ if I could get perms on a couple of places. Several nights counted 10 or more on 2 fields on one farm.
Txt this am reporting 6 hens lost last night and have 5 foxs to get on one farm pre lambing and at least 2 on the security cameras on a small place. Let's hope for some dark dry nights soon.

I thought I’d done 27 which is not good but after a recount I think it’s 24 which is worse life fully got in the way in 2024, hopefully 2025 will be different, starting tomorrow evening

27 on one small farm and 3 buggers still dodging me plus 44 elsewhere makes 71 for the year; 72 if I count the one I two barrelled with the 20 bore when out after phezzies and found in the frost the following week.
If I didn’t have the thermal spotter I dread to think how many fewer it would have been - then factor in the Zulus……
