Teckle

Looking at getting a teckle for tracking and working dog and just genuine friend to follow me round. Just looking for recommendations for breeders and things to look out for.
Many thanks for replys

Things to look out for ?
High blood pressure
Loss of voice
Loss of hair
Depression and pain from laughing , both at the same time.
Never getting peace to watch a movie , ever again
Over heating from wearing said Teckel on your head every time you sit on the couch
Eye strain from trying to see where the little bastard has got to.
Lack of any wildlife within 500 meters of your garden. Ever again.

I could go on.

So a full medical is needed before becoming a teckle owner. To save the cost of a medical
Do it the same time as your FAC renewal 😉🤣😂

This bit............." just genuine friend to follow me round"..............is possible but you have to know how to get it and it will come at the expense of other attributes.

This is very true

You have to remember that if the little bastards are screaming after a hare making an unholy racket , they are doing what they are meant to 😂

But the little bar steward, heat seeking missile, death or glory type are the one's that will find a deer when your chips are down :-)..............................................

.............................................................Might not be your deer, but they'll find one

Don't let looks deceive, I will **** in your house even though I am nearly 2 1/2 years old, not listen to a thing you tell me even though I know exactly what you want, bark incessantly at the slightest noise, but I will love you to death.

I am Tusk.....

We have two from Keith. Both great, but the second is more biddable (show daddy rather than two full on worker parents i believe).

They also both like to pick up on the pheasant shoot. Giving it back is another matter, but certainly picking up. That's on a long line as they do like to 'explore' - see below.

Now it may also be my terrible training, but once the nose switches on the ears switch off.

They'll also block the door because they can't be arsed to move.
