I think it was Mike Hague but he wants the Rodger McPhail one,which is a posher version if the one you have.

I have one of these I bought off eBay from a lady who turned out to be Mrs Humphreys, shortly after John Humphrey's death. I'm halfway through it only after a dozen years or so, so still another dozen to go at current rate...
