Best scope for PARD use???

I have heard that some scopes are better for using with a pard add on than others due to lens coatings and the need for partial adjustment etc

In an ideal world what scope would be best for se with a Pard?

I've used few different ones & never had issues - hawkes, Bushnell elite. My mate uses sightron & it looks amazing through that too.

Just avoiding really top end apparently (not an issue for me! 🤣)

Side px ideally as can be bit of a reach. I'd imagine you'd want as much light gathering as possible, 44mm objective minimum?

@mealiejimmy the man to ask

Lots on here on this subject - use the search function. Basically any of the parallax adjustable lower-priced Hawkes etc. work very well - avoid the expensive multi-coated lenses types, the Pard doesn’t like them.

S&B PM2, Arken Optics used here with excellent results both out to 300m+ with IR laser.

Bushnell Elite DMR scope had issues as wouldn't focus on reticle, that could be the parallax minimum of 75m though

Hawke sidewinder . Element Helix, Delta scopes,
MTC scopes, I would not go for a Sightron STac, Don’t get me wrong they will work but you will need a powerful IR as I found out when I changed from a Hawke sidewinder to a 2.5 x17 Sightron STac.

these are good, seem to be out of stock in the UK though now
