Once you have the kit printed do you just epoxy the B&Q poles x 4 to the printed sections ?
Apologies, if I am being dim but just wondered how the B&Q poles were attached as per your photo ?

No stupid questions! The rod ends are just glued into the poles. I think epoxy is a good choice of glue.

If they are hollow then you could slot your printed assemblies into and epoxy as I thought ?

You cut off the ends to expose the hollow tube. 6 of the 8 ends need to be cut. 2 of the existing pointy ends press into the rubber feet as is.
I'll also do a version for carbon fibre tubes when this version is done.

How the parts look when they're printed for those who haven't seen a 3d printer. The black TPU rubber and green PETG plastic are from separate prints - I've just put them side by side for representation. Whats in the picture takes about 10 hours to print. Filament dryer and 1kg filament spool in other picture.

Here are the dims I used for a friend who's 5ft10.
1590mm yoke/cradle height.
Front sticks 1520mm (only cut tops, bottoms push into feet.
Rear sticks 1425mm (95mm shorter than fronts, cut both ends).
You will want to adjust for your height and the different front cradle you have.
I'd be grateful if folks could give me measurements for the inside width of the top yokes/cradle from popular brands.

When I worked for a multi National manufacturer we were in the US in Chicago in the mid 1990’s and they had a very experimental one to produce one off design parts before committing to producing injection moulding dies. The machine was the size of 4 phone boxes ( To those under 30 you may need to Google these) but the area where they produced the components was circa a large shoe/boot box. I think this from Viperflex are plenty wide enough. On my other pair that I use daily I have swapped the heads around so the V cradle is at the front as advised by Andy from Alba Deer stalking... makes for a much better rifle support for a standard stock from tikka, blaser ect.
Thanks, that's a fair bit wider than mine. I'll make mine slightly bigger

Hello, The measurement you gave for the Yoke looks ok to me, Wider than my tripod sticks Yoke on the Base Optics Quick Sticks, I only use a Tripod
