Had it after flying back from Poland two trips back, woman behind us hacking & coughing .............. two days later I used a stored covid test pack & was positive, her indoors went sick a day later & I had never seen a positive test result happen so fast as hers.

I think it’s doing the rounds again my house - youngest picked something up and kindly passed it on to me (as he always does).
Don’t think it’s Covid as it’s not levelled me but feel generally sh!tty!

Disagree: I am in the older demographic and contracted covid in the first round. It was not pleasant. I have not succumbed to any flu-like infection in the intervening 5 years. [Though many in my peer-group and younger have had a torrid time with multiple bouts of illness]

Apparently there is a new and exciting Covid variant "Stratus" which is easily transmitted. I suspect there'll be another one along after that as well - hopefully not as damaging as the original Sars-Co - V.
Me, I'm just waiting for my next vaccination - I know there was hope to get a mixed Flu/Covid vaccination in time for this winter, but not appeared yet.

Hello, Have not been good since January with a few symptoms like Long Covid main one is tiredness, not sleeping well, Lack of energy, A chap i know had same for 2 years and only getting better and back to work, I did try and get a GP appointment which fell on deaf ears, My consultant at the Churchill tried to make appointment and still waiting, What are these Tests ??
