I've a Benelli M2 which I use for wildfowling that would like cammo dipping or painting, has anyone got a recommendation for a firm to do the job and also any idea of the cost.
I don't want to do a home brew rattle can job, I would like it done professionally.
Thanks.

Think very carefully about doing this. I know a chap who laid his camo wildfowling gun down on the marsh and waded out to retrieve his decoys before the marsh flooded. He couldn’t find his gun and had to wait till the tide retreated before he went and found it.

Ducks see movement, not a black gun.

Go cerakote if you dip beware of gun cleaners, the dips will come off, as seen on berettas and Benelli
"If you dip" I haven't used any cleaners on it but its tough.
At least 15 years ago I sent this stock to Barking Spider in the US to have it dipped in Moth Wing Orange. The coat has stood up to a schitt load of sambar hunting even OS visitors have carried it, Kiwi mate shot two stags with it,Pom shot one among others. I have carried it so many times and shot a fair amount of Sambar/Red with it and its a tough game our deer hunting in our bush and the coating is in excellent condition. Whether they did a superior job or others did a lesser job I don`t know but would 'dip' again if needed. Sako TRG-S 300 winny.
It looked like this in its 13-14th year and still does.

I made the same mistake earlier this month on the Hill.

Left my stick as I began the long crawl (300 yards!) into a Stag.

I lay my stick on the ground, and was only able to find it again because the Stalker had 'planted' his, and it remained visible for their recovery.

Not a mistake I repeated...

Thanks for the replies,
It's geese, mainly pinks that I'm shooting over decoys and when there are 100-300 sets of eyes looking down at the decoys and our hides, concealment is paramount.

We see it regularly on a400 plus extremes, usually the forend and barrel near the end of the forend, beretta say it’s a mixture of action cleaners and escaping gasses, first it goes black ( gasses) then once you apply action cleaners it removes the pattern just leaving the yellow under coat. Don,t start me on beretta recoil pads 😡
