Wanted: Sika recommendations please

I've never shot sika and fancy trying this winter. Not fussed about medals or big stags and happy to take a hinds but no idea where to start with recommendations, ideally for anyone who has access to plenty of deer on their ground. I'm Sheffield area so basically halfway between Dorset and Tweedsmuir. Happy to receive recommendations (or any to avoid) by PM if you'd rather not post stuff on an open forum. If I do get sorted for a trip then I'll be sure to post a write-up. Thanks

Is Dougie still running this? I had a bad experience on my first and only attempt at sika being told at 6pm the night before I was due out (after much chasing on my part!!) no accommodation and no guide available. I was already halfway up the M6. These things happen but it wasn't handled well at all and left a bad taste.
No Dougie hasn't had it for years , Edinburgh rifles looks after it now.

I went often with Dougie , loads of sika back then.

Not for a decade
We have been running it for the last 5-6 years

drop me a line
website is PC only

Kevin Rigler all the way , you will see plenty , I was maybe 20 times, I always get exactly what I want

If you dont mind a bit more travel and a bit of a holiday thrown in then give Norman a shout at Irish Safaris. I am off out there in a couple weeks time for a few outings on Sika. Have only ever seen / read and heard great things about him and his ground.
