Oh man, I'm 100% with you there & in the same boat. Just had surgery, so it will be a few weeks before lifting a carcass. I'm very despondent - especially as the does are just coming back from the rut and I can see them from the bedroom window.

I managed to console myself yesterday that the weather forecast was dire this weekend so I probably wasn't going to miss much. Then I woke up to blue sky & sunshine & my first thoughts were ‘bugger - I should’ve been out this morning!’

Reckon I’ve got at least another week before I’m going to fit enough to be out & about - fingers crossed for he weather next weekend
