Rehandling a knife.

I have a falkñiven tk2 which i would like to be rehandled.what sort of price and who would you recommend to do it looking at micarta or acrylic handle.

Interesting as this would need to be a 'stacked' rehandling exercise as I believe TK2 is not a full tang knife?

Getting the existing rubber handle off is not without challenge, but a proper knife maker may consider otherwise.

I have oft' thought of doing this to my FPH.

You could speak to Roger Harrington at Bison Bushcraft. He did a stacked handle for me using micarta which worked well

It could also be done with a frame and scales, know a few knife makers who do them that way

There are probably a good few who could do the job for you but I’m guessing they’re busy people so you’ll have to make enquiries with some until you find the person who will do what you want at a price that you’re prepared to pay.

I’m fairly new on here so don’t know the guys who are members. You mind find that a lot of them would prefer to do a whole knife rather than a rehandle though.
