I have been after some .204 brass and bullets and not wanting Hornady brass tracking down suupplies has been difficult. A call to Reloading Solutions was a master stroke. 4 makes of .204 brass and 40 grn Bergers in stock. Also got 5 Dewney cleaning brushes and 6 mm Bergers for a mate. The 204 Bergers were less than the price I paid in 2017 ! Ended up buying Winchester and Nosler brass. Picked up order this afternoon at agreed time and very pleased with my order and the very good prices.

In future they will be first point of call for reloading supplies

I have to agree with you, I've always received forst class service from Bushra and it was awesome when they had a shop to go browse. Quality products at very good prices with excellent comms 👍🏻

Probably another way of keeping prices lower...yes online ordering would be good but a quick call or email generally ends in an invoice being generated and an order ready to be placed.

Brilliant company. They are local to me, so easy enough to organise collection of powder/primers and they always have access to lots of stock and are straight up honest with ETA's on stuff.

I don't know of any reloading company that has proper stock control and ease of ordering in place via an online platform. I would rather phone and speak to them. They always know what they have in stock when you phone them and can give you a good idea of when they can order random stuff in. Impossible to fault them and I have used them lots in recent years.

They order hard to source bullets for me and never ask for deposits etc and just contact me when they are in. Maybe because I have used them lots and they associate my account with a good customer but still, what comes round goes round. They are really good people.

Used Aftab a lot back in the 90's when I reloaded a lot. Now only do hornet so can get primers and bullets local and a tub of powder lasts a long while.
Their service was brilliant then.

When I ordered Dewey brushes back at the end of May they said they were hoping to get their online shop up and running very soon.

Ah that's good. Granted it is not easy with the likes of Shopify banning firearm related shops, not to mention merchant services.

I've got a feeling they said the same to me... 5 years ago! I'm still pleased they've got an actual shop... I remember picking up orders from a Post Office in SE Oxford.
I don't think they do have a retail shop. Website shows a PO Box for address. Maybe you can collect stuff on request.

Last time I went - a while ago, admittedly - they had a nicely-fitted-out place on an industrial estate in Kidlington - I guess that's a thing of the past.

That was closed about 2yrs or so ago, maybe longer. It was a great little place with so much stuff.

They still have all that stuff but you just have to know what you want and call or email to enquire about stock, price and delivery.

Primer and powders you can meet them to collect if you live close enough.

They are just building a new web site but its taking time as they are have to obtain more detailed photos. Pick up is easy as it is effectively the car park infront of their original shop. They still own it but it is now rented out to a plumbing company.

To reignite an old thread.

New to reloading I stumbled across them the other day. Their customer service is fantastic. Like most I was a bit thrown off that the online order needed to be processed manually but their response times are fantastic. When they were dealing with my deer I asked them about a specific Hornady part, they checked their supplier back ordered it for me and it’s arriving tomorrow, only 48hrs after my actual order.

A friend of mine also has had an excellent experience with them this week as well.

I’m going to be using them for everything I can in the future.
