Reloading Solutions: Excellent service and prices

Love them….. get pretty much everything from them. Ordered online… arrives when it is supposed to…. Dies … presses consumables… everything comes from them. What I like most though is that when it’s advertised then they seem to have it in stock like others who don’t seem to know what they actually have! Good folks ! Support the people that give us the service that others should,,

Actually it seems to be the opposite. Their website doesn't have real-time stock.
 
Never ordered anything from the site that wasn’t in stock! It seems if it’s online then they have it. Only my experience. I’ll be sticking with them. To many times with other folk I have ordered and then been told it’s not in stock! Hate that!
 
I've used them lots over the years and always been upfront about what is in stock. Best to email them with what you want and the SKU number and if they have it they will let you know and even when they don't they are great with when they can get it for and it's pretty accurate. With others I have found you are told 2 weeks then after paying and waiting told it will be sometimes 6months then you have the hassle of refunds etc

I've never ordered something from places like spud and had them tell me it wasn't in stock. Their online shop tells you if it is in stock or back ordered.

With Reloading solutions, ordering online isn't an order, but rather an 'order inquiry'.

Not dissing them - that's how they work and that's fine. I've ordered from them before, but it certainly isn't the case of seeing something online, placing your order, paying at the same time, and waiting for it to arrive in the post.
 
Used them a lot back in the early days of my reloading career, Aftab was always happy to provide advice & Sharma recognised my voice when I called to place orders. Back then I had a long running project that had fortnightly meetings in Birmingham so there was often a quick detour into St Clements for a visit to the post office for a collection.

Once I had all my gear I stopped using them as it was easier for me to collect powder, primers & bullets from HPS or Norman Clark at the various meetings at Bisley.

However, used them again recently for a couple of small things that no-one else had in stock & couldn’t fault their service, it was just like the old days except done by email not phone. Had all the bits I wanted in stock & arrived the day after payment was made, well packed & despite the pre-Xmas mayhem!

Glad to see they’re still going & providing the same excellent level of service they were when I first used them. Waaaaay better than a well known local RFD who didn’t have the bits I wanted in stock & showed no interest whatsoever in even asking if I wanted them to try & order them in for me!
