I am partial to a Borden action. The Timberline would serve you well as a Deer rifle. They also offer a couple of other actions too. My Timberline came from PRS in Scotland.
If you can find a second hand trg 42 in 338 or if you find a 300wm 42 i can sell you 338 bolt face bolt bodyLooking to get suggestions and options for a .300NM action.
Many thanks
Hi. Thanks for that, i was not aware that the Norma was not a std magnum bolt face. You won’t find a Borden with Norma Mag bolt face — the largest is the Denali I think with Lap Mag bolt face
You need to be looking at single shot actions or a used TRG42

Blaser?
Barnard model P or the PC action are common for the Norma
To be honest, it probably would be a pretty decent option if it is for a hunting rifle.Controversial
Long range target/ELR and possibly a bit of hunting but with a reasonably heavy 30” barrelled and a chassis it may be a fair lump to hunt with. I am considering a Cadex action, any thoughts anyone? To be honest, it probably would be a pretty decent option if it is for a hunting rifle.
OP is a bit vauge on the intended use.
