Not sure that I'm a fan of the light coloured marble cake walnut - not that it is ever likely tto have an impact on my firearms purchasing decisions.

You could use that to cover up the shiny gold stuff too - winning!

At least the gold inlay adds some rust proofing. I wonder if anyone has used zinc for corrosion protection, as a sacrificial anode.
