I bought my Mrs a mystery box surprise recently.
It was a bra!
I saw it advertised as the wonder sheepdog bra!
The small print said why it was called the sheepdog bra.
It was because it rounded them up and pointed them in the right direction!
Just the ticket I thought...

So you wonder why are we paying them, what’s their added value?

If you buy a high end scope now say £4k. Let’s assume something like £2k of that is for them, but what do they do ? They don’t have have one so we can’t see it; they don’t have any carrying cost. They just take an order and our deposit so they are in funds and have done sod all for their margin.

Probably because Bushwear have actually had to buy stock recently... Sportsmatch picatinny stuff is not cheap anymore...

And JS Ramsbottom have no stock (at least checking now), and probably running a price from a few years ago when they last actually ordered some?

On that note, I've never found anyone willing to price match against out of stock prices.

I bought 2 off said mounts about 4 weeks ago from Ramsbottoms and was notified when new stock was available, but I found that I was needing another and by the time I got round to reordering they were all gone once again, again awaiting notification on new stock so here's hoping
