A tad large?

Wow, quality control at its finest..... at least its quite obvious, if it wasn't it could have made for an interesting reload.
We digitally weighed a box of .22lr round by round a while back and found a 6 grain difference from the lowest to the highest.
Always wondered afterwards if those unexpected flyers we sometimes get are due to this discrepancy?

A slight degree of tolerance I could accept.... .264 vs .50 is pushing it :)

Hi.
Drop Barnes an email along with the photo. Americans are usually on top of their game when it comes to customer satisfaction. You may be sent a freebie.
I've asked the shop where I got the bullets from to contact them...hopefully there will be "a gesture of goodwill" and a nice freebie  👍

A gent I know was heavily involved with target shooting.
He started weighing the full rounds, to batch them from lightest to heaviest.

For one competition, where the ammo was supplied by the organiser.
He found a few with 1/2 a charge of powder.
More worryingly, 1 or 2 with no charge at all.
