Very nice looking unit, however it’s a lot more than the alpex 4K so hopefully the image quality at night at distance is better to justify the more expensive price tagNocPix Nite News
ETA around late April . A new price drop on this scope and includes free IR torch and mount. Available to order now, any existing pre-orders, price will be amended.

Here’s a review if you can know the language, got the range but couldn’t see how far up the mag range he was going.
My timing might not be great but I was in your position recently. I had been using innomount mounts in preference to Blaser's own, particularly the Zero range, I spotted that they make hybrid Picatinny/ Blaser rails for most applications. Multirail - Picatinny - BlaserI've bit the bullet and pre-ordered one, and an alpex pro (i've got 2 different mounting platforms, picatiny and blaser). I didn't make the show and haven't seen them in person but they both look to be substantially better than the c50 i'm currently running.
Fingers crossed they live up to the hype
The Alpex certainly looks nice. Didn't see the nocpixI've bit the bullet and pre-ordered one, and an alpex pro (i've got 2 different mounting platforms, picatiny and blaser). On my r8 i've got 2 saddle mounts (2 separate barrels). I picked up an Innomount offset specific for the Thermion with the intention of putting the Alpex 4K in it. My Sauer has a picatinny rail with Innomounts on the C50 and TPS mounts which return to zero with a torque wrench on the day scope. My timing might not be great but I was in your position recently. Well I see there’s a few videos out there reviewing the new nite D70R & from what I’ve seen & heard it’s not lived up to the hype, maybe beginning to regret ordering one now although one review commented that hopefully Nocpix will issue some firmware updates before it’s releasedNot sure what to go for now, Pard, DNT, Hik Pro or bite the bullet & get another Thermnight or go full thermal, shame really as I do like NV.

Yes bit of a minefield really, I would be looking for night time usage on fox mainly, I can live with it being not too good in daylight so may have another look at the DNT 4KKind of depends what you want it for really. Alpex Pro and Nocpix are clearly aimed as replacements for glass scopes rather than low light scopes in the same way as the Alpex 4K. Randomly this is something that HIK didn’t bother to mention in their marketing until after release. A rep did tell me at the Shooting show though on release day that they were going to still be making and selling 4K’s until it’s replacement comes along!? DNT is mediocre daytime and in low light without IR but good once you add IR at night, which is their intended use I think. Pard 4K EX is good in daylight (on par with Alpex Pro), behind the Alpex 4K in low light by 10-15mins and fairly good under IR. There is a pard Nightstalker 4K 2 out now, but I haven’t tested this so can’t comment. I would assume similar to the Pard 4K EX maybe with small improvements, but that’s for users to confirm.

I am watching like a Hawk for the first person to put up the nightime comparison review of the D70R, Hik 4k and the DTN 4K. Generally whoever you speak to claims the NV scope they have is the best there is, so be wary. Side by side comparisons put them all on a level playing field with no bias.Yes bit of a minefield really, I would be looking for night time usage on fox mainly, I can live with it being not too good in daylight so may have another look at the DNT 4K![]()
