For Sale: Shotgun shell reloading press

Strange item, taken in as part of an estate sale. I’ve cleaned it up a bit since I’ve taken the photos. Ram was very smooth from the start, as is the indexing turntable. Just badly stored. No sign of the powder and shot bottles unfortunately.
Can anyone help with the make?. Heavy cast iron….

£50 is to me too high though. I am giving away my model 16 to a hunter over here for 35€ because he is a toolmaker and so can make up any missing bits.
