I have been looking at purchasing a good quality drag bag, there seems to be quiet a few on the market.

Which one would you recommend

Have a look at optics warehouse they do a drag bag GPI Tactical about £70. Room for two rifles and gear, very well made indeed.

Ditto the above, just got back from a trip to Cornwall no problem with 2 rifles in the bag. In rucksack mode very easy to carry and loads of additional storage. AIM might have the name but GPI is where the value is you can have 2 for the price of an AIM.

I was out shooting a military competition in the states a few years back, got friendly with a yank air force sniper. Promised him a sniper smock for the next year and he gave me an Eagle Industries drag bag for it. Bloody good bit of kit, but very pricey if you buy one.

Arktis from Country Covers, I've never had any problems with Arktis kit. If your at any of the game fairs they usually have offers.

Managed to get 3xDutch Army body bags from a surplus store ,now no longer available....carcasse is sealed in obviously, made of heavy duty rubberised PVC...IT DOES RAISE A FEW EYEBROWS WHEN DEPLOYED!:D

thanks guys, food for thought.

On the aim bags, which one for a 20" barrel and sound mod (Northstar)?

I would suggest that you buy the AIM 50 that way you won't have to
buy another bag if you change rifles. PM me and I can do you a good price on any AIM products
