You should be able to get the cape taken off of it and remounted.

I was thinking the same. Don't mean to be rude but I would get it remounted. I'm sure it could be wetted back and then remounted on the same form. I'd ask a few of the UK guys, I'm sure they would do an awfull lot better job than that. It's just the mouth that's all wrong.

seems good news, it has been tanned propley, the skull is in the mount and he thinks it can be completely remounted.
