i have had mendel boots for over 7years same pair they have not let in one drop of water they are very warm never had cold feet but my biggest concern is lack of grip on wet rocks etc for a stalking boot wet logs rocks they are crap triying to keep your balance while holding a gun and sliping all over the place is a joke i have a pair of waiding boots with the metal rods inserted in to the rubbertotaly anti slip on wet rocks now if they fitted them to the soles of mendel boots they would be the best stalking boot out there in my book but they dont
What is the actual difference between the Taiga and the Dovre?
Dovre have always been to wide fitting for me but Glockners fit me well. I quite fancy a change this time round and was thinking about the Taiga if they were the same sort of width as the Glockners.
Unfortunately no where round here stocks them to try them on!
Hi I have had a pair of Taiga boots for over fifteen years, the sole has finally given out but the uppers are still really good, great boots and very comfy
