Rangefinder question

Hello All , Can anyone tell me which rangefinders show/display measurements in red rather than black.....I find red easier to see. Thanks

You mean is the display LED or LCD? LEDs are usually red or sometimes green and can be easily read in darkness.
LCD displays are the black ones and cannot be read in darkness unless backlit and even then its a struggle.
My Leica CRF 900 has a LED display so do the Swarovski and Zeiss rangefinders.
Bushnells and some of the Leupolds have LCD displays.

Ive seen so few guys get a rangefinder out when stalking id advise you to not waste your money and put it into the glass on top of your rifle..

I bought one like most do and it was gone within weeks

I'm color blind so I'm of no help .

I can however say I've had a Leupold 650 for about three years now and it's done a stand up job for me to date !

With all due respect Terry, for all we know he already has a top end scope, the post does not mention having poor glass on the rifle. I do agree with you on buying the best scope possible though, but a rangefinder can be invaluable.

Thanks very much for the advice lads , I will have a look at the ones mentioned and I take on board the comments regarding good glass as well............hope you all have a great New Year !...........and lets hope it turns out to be a drier one ! .....lol
