Bino eye caps/one lost

Swarovski SLC 10 x . I unscrewed my rubber eyecaps off to do an easy clean and of course lost one while hunting as I obviously hadn't tightened it properly. I was wondering how you blokes get on in the UK with getting replacements. There is a mob here that wants gold for them and I thought it may be cheaper to purchase from the UK,any ideas?

Over here it would be a case of making a call to Swarovski Optik UK and it's most likely a free replacement would be sent by return of post. I would suspect it would be the same with the Australian distributor.

Agree with the above, in fact I lost one Monday and I'm out of my old supply They sent me, I will call them today. Thanks for the reminder !

​Aus distributors seem to rip your kidney out when you want something,I was asked to pay $25 just for objective lens rubber covers by one of them one year,I had got them from him previously for $5,he told me "swarovski put the prices up". I will keep casting around the net and am happy to pay but not get a kidney skewered!

I tried to do that through their dealer network here and got rammed up the khyber! They wanted money..far too much.

SD member loki has helped me out,I shall take him sambar hunting in return.
