Absolutely YES! I have the Quad Smock and it has never let me down. Even when feeding for 6 hours in torrential rain.
 
I have used quad rider for a couple of years and it is excellent- very well tested in the good old Cumbrian weather. I also bought many years ago - a zip fleece nomad jacket, that has been used for terrier work, stalking fishing and beating and was my go to jacket till the zip went, now repaired- nomad is the dogs for me
 
I've been using a quad rider in stealth tweed for the past two years and can honestly say its the best piece of stalking equipment I own.

I am also from Cumbria and as marrajack says the good old Cumbrian weather certainly gives it good test!

ive had a quad rider ,for a year or so, took a time to buy still cant see how they arrive at the prices , but pleased with the coat.
 
I have one and used it in all weathers these last couple of years. They're good and I was sorely tempted to get another in a different colour at the game fair, but my budget had run low by the time I found them. Once the pain of paying for it has faded, you won't regret it I'm sure!
