I never like to disagree with Paul 'o - but if you have a constant supply of something half decent like GGG, swaging with something like the RCBS kit is not onerous and will work fine. Just remember potential case capacity differences and start your loads accordingly.

Absolutely only use the same ammo you have zeroed with.

I use n165 in mine with cci200s. Works fine And that's a really slow powder

Powder marks are fine. Not sure if you reload as some adjustment there might help but agree with the majority, unsuitable bullet weight

Tried all 3 tumbling methods and firmly say wet is best. The Frankford one works very well but would also spend £30 on eBay and get yourself a food/fruit dryer to pop them in straight after

Red hot is def too hot and colour is not the best gauge, tempilaq is a good start point but also consider ditching federal, it's awful stuff.

+1 for wet tumbling. Tried dry and ultrasonic but it's 10 x Better. I also bought a 30 quid food dryer off eBay and that dries the brass nicely afterwards
