I never like to disagree with Paul 'o - but if you have a constant supply of something half decent like GGG, swaging with something like the RCBS kit is not onerous and will work fine. Just remember potential case capacity differences and start your loads accordingly.
Tried all 3 tumbling methods and firmly say wet is best. The Frankford one works very well but would also spend £30 on eBay and get yourself a food/fruit dryer to pop them in straight after
+1 for wet tumbling. Tried dry and ultrasonic but it's 10 x Better. I also bought a 30 quid food dryer off eBay and that dries the brass nicely afterwards
