Iv not noticed this, but I suppose I load the bipod without thinking.

Iv had it a few years, as soon as the sling stud version came out. I can not remember where I bought it. No its not wobbly at all. There is a nut to tighten or loosen to change how easily the bipod tilts, like the harris has. I would have it over a harris.
