Stalking Directory blocked on EE?

I have just moved mobile provider to EE. I cant access SD while on 4/5g but its fine on wifi at home.
Is there a block and a way to disable it?

There should be a way to add you to 18+ in your EE control panel settings. If not, phone customer care and they should be able to help you out.

I'm on 3 which is owned by Vodafone, no issues and I haven't done anything with my 18 settings!

As @csl advises, you'll need to lift the 18+ block on your EE account - it can be done from their app.

I'm on EE and have no issue.
However, after an update, I lost access to SD. After a Google search I discovered I had to go into my settings to change parental controls, (I think, from memory), and it's been fine since.

Many of the mobile providers consider shooting and firearms “adult” content, so there is no way of blocking smut and still see firearms.

I’m the same - work mobile changed their providers to EE late last year - haven’t had it since.

Wish I could ask my IT desk to unlock it, but can’t be bothered with the potential grief.

Im on EE/UW. I cant access it either. I dont have any off my under 18 settings on. Been like this for around 6 months or so

Just go it sorted.
Simple and quick call to 150 and asked them to remove parental controls
