To tack on, I appreciate 40 or 50 quid an hour seems a bit rich. Especially so if it's just a man and his lad in one lane where only one can shoot at a time.
To give them the benefit of the doubt somewhat, with the amount of customers and the overheads to run the place especially insurance wise and police/home office paperwork and admin, the cost probably isn't taking the mick I reality, I may well be wrong but I highly doubt they're getting rich off it and there is a lot of extra work behind the scenes, especially for ranges/clubs like Rifleman (who's range time is actually very reasonable, far less than the above if you are a member).
I still baulk on the few instances I go into a local shop and an undersized Snickers is £1 or a garden centre with the Mrs and a coffee is £2.50, that's a far bigger injustice in my eyes
