I’ve had mine on my 7mm RM and was fine .
308 is not a hard kicking calbre the alpex4k wiill be fine

in theory digital will be less as they are a f-tonne heavier than a regular scope

Guessing the question is more about eye relief than recoil on the scope, is it it enough (especially when prone to sight in) to see the full screen without getting a clout? Thinking about the pro now for my girly .308

Used mine like Paul o' on my .270 it is now on the .243 until later in the year.
I have mine on a compact .308 - it’s probably a little short in the length of pull. It’s not uncommon for me to get scoped with it off sticks and kind of expect it now. I just have to remember to clean up the blood off my face before heading back into civilisation!
