.17 hmr bullet stuck in barrel

I really doubt that would be the case ('scuse the pun) 70/30 Cu/Zn is the usual mix for cartridge brass...it has the required properties for deep drawing...the alloy percentages are too easily checked, and if you were a supplier would you risk your future business by supplying what must be a major customer with out of spec products?

I don't know what tolerance they work to.
It could just be the speed of the machinery.
Who knows......

Been out with a very experienced shooter today for tuition, took my .22 and .17 pulled out my remi ammo and he said not on my watch My friend put them away here's a box of H Vmax, too many misfires and they they tend to get stuck in the barrel. So no buying anymore Remi.

As said before. Don’t think that buying Horandy solves the problem. I check every box in a good light with a magnifying glass and can’t remember a box with no splits. I think worse box was seven.

I must be lucky, I've fired well over 3000 rounds through my CZ without any issue. The only problem is trying to find enough rabbits to shoot !! I have nearly cleared all the rabbits on a 1000 acre farm where I work

I use mine for squirrels (baited on the ground), they don’t like it up them!
