223 full length resizing

Hello
I’ve been full length resizing x2 fired 223 Lapua brass.
My lee die has been leaving some strange little flat spots.
What is causing these?? I’ve take the die apart and given it a good clean, I’ve also backed the die of a bit (less than quarter of a turn when touching the shell holder)
Never had this issue before. Is my brass getting hard? It’s quite hard to see in the picture

By the look of it. Too much lube possibly

Definitely too much lubricant.

The one time in your life when too much lube is a problem…

Try cleaning the excess lube from the die and using less lube on the next batch of brass. My second look I saw you did clean the die well done!
