243 for foxing when copper comes in?

yeah for sure, if your up in the north west id imagine the prests @ malmo guns can get hold of it and anyone who stocks winchester ammunition eg dauntsey guns

Handy to know, dauntseys not too far from me but can’t see if there’s any stock as my phone has decided I may be a child šŸ˜‚.

I generally reload and will stick with 75 gr v-max until any ban comes in. But always handy to have options.

I would of thought Sellier & Bellot, Hornady, Remington, Sako, GECO & Norma would make or eventually make a light fragmenting 243 non lead factory load that's for foxes and vermin
the market is there for those that need to use it šŸ‘

Not sure about it.
But if Nosler has distributor in Slovenia, whit miniature shooting market, than I would be really suprised if Nosler is not present at UK market.
Nosler is, I’ve only ever seen their lead free Varmint offerings for sale once though, so not sure they are regularly imported.

I sometimes use a Yew Tree bullet in my .25-06 for foxing, it works very well. As it becomes more of an issue, more solutions will be found/imported. At the moment it makes no financial sense to do so because folks don't generally buy them. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Richard at Yew Tree came up with lighter and more frangible options once folk are spending enough to make it worth his time and investment.

This guys are running their webstore also in English.
I believe bullets can be shipped around without restrictions.
Not sure how much would they charge for shipping to UK.

Thanks, as above, I think, if and when any ban comes in, then more alternatives will become available, including hopefully the noslers above.

Until then I’ll stick with 75 gr v-max as I have a good load and it flattens the foxes.
