26mm/ 1inch mounts on steyr rifle

wanting a thermal scope but not wanting to change mounts if i can get away with it. Can anyone suggest a reasonable thermal scope that has a 26mm tube?? Or alternatively ill need 30mm mounts that will slot on to my steyr costing plenty

You might get a thermal scope with a 1" tube but you'll never get one with a 26mm tube.
26mm tubes ceased to be an industry standard long before thermal scopes came on the market.

Decent quality 30mm rings needn't be all that expensive.

A 1" tube scope will work if you use 0.3mm shim stock / tape.
