The charging squirrel was stopped by the narrowly missing 30 cal spitzer head, sorry, bullet head, no....bullet, bloody hell...
Jess then treed it and the 3030 brought it down to an eagerly waiting dogs mouth!

Prior to that I took a 200yd shot at a crow. Missed though, the lumbering 150gn spitzer at subsonic levels just went under its feet!
Not bad for off hand, just needed a little more hold over.
The first shot of the morning though was a buck rabbit at something like 55yds offhand to the head.

A lovely morning's walk.
