I'll take a look at that. I have available access to 2024/25 via dassalt systems business start up program, but that comes to an end next month. It's not worth me buying a seat at the moment, just too busy to make use of it, but I'm going to have covert anything done on '24 to .step or .iges for future use. Pain in the rear end, especially as I've one project with maybe 150 parts mated up, some with many linear component patterns

Have an older version on another computer with a seat and believe I should be able to transfer the product key but been reluctant to do it just incase I cannot reactivate on my current machine

Thank you. The slotted low head shoulder screws cost about £1 each while the hex or torx head versions were considerably more expensive (£10 or so?).

The lead time was longer on the black coated stainless version but that's what I'll order going forward so they won't stand out as much

Dassalt Systems CAD have been ripping the arse out of users for 25 odd years with all their updates, it drives the auto suppliers crazy as when, say Audi convert to the latest all their suppliers have to also convert to be able to continue doing business and it is eye wateringly expensive.

The slotted low head shoulder screws cost about £1 each while the hex or torx head versions were considerably more expensive (£10 or so?).

Slotted also have the benefit of being easier to tighten in the field if you notice that they have slackened. At least you are far less likely to have hex or torx bits to hand to tighten them.

Slotted chokes 10p piece or end of spent shell works
Counter sunk are cheaper to make than a hex stamped form

Hello, Not to digress off this Post but I think these 3 D printers are a wonderful invention, always been interested in making things from an early age and going on to do over 20 years in the Engineering/ Welding trade and same in the Building trade before i retired, I was around when the Work Mate Bench was Invented and had my own Invention Patented ,

Hello, Oh you must remember who invented the Work Mate ? I was given one of the first that was first sold in UK, My invention was first called a Ladder Mate that was for standing on for those working on ladders like the old British Telecom telephone service, My friend worked for them but had to retire due to health reasons using ladders for prolonged periods of time, It even got on Tomorrows World , Patent Pending, Now there are all manner of similar ideas for ladder work

I'm using a Creality Ender-3 V3 plus. I might be swayed to a Bambu A1 if I was starting again.

Like reloading, it's not going to save you money...
