Just come across this huge chiller on an auction site I regularly frequent.

40ft High Cube Chiller Cold Store - Brightwells

No connection to me, but it may be a great starting point if anyone wanted a monster chiller!!

Just the racking would cost an arm and a leg!

40ft high ! is that for cooling rocket booster used to know a pig farmer that had two 20 ft they were perfect cold stores and a smaller one connected as a prep and vac pack room they were all connected so dirty then chiller then packing. The First one had small raised deck and wet floor blood and snot slurry sump .
