I'd add Alliant RL26 to the other listed powders. It's my personal No.1, but availability is very difficult. The PRC is classified as a "magnum", so I'd suggest CCi BR2, Federal 210M, both "match grade", or their magnum equivalents. I like, & use the CCi BR2.
6.5mm bullets are numerous, and it will depend if you can shoot lead, or need to shoot copper.
The following were relatively easy to load, and shoot very well from my 22" barrel.
Barnes LRX 127g copper. Sierra 130g HPBT, Hornady ELD-X 143g.
