6mm SLR vs. 6mm XC

Not sure I'm quite at the point in my life I need a creed just yet @scotch_egg!

Although if it's made by @Ronin I have no doubt it'd shoot lights out!

I had to buy the reamer….

The creed is awesome and uses the same loads as 6Xc with RS62 and I’m using my bushing 6.5 creedmoor dies with appropriate bush and the seating die. Kept set up costs right down. Especially when using whidden dies!!!

@Laurie - Ace post and seems to me to indicate the additional performance is unlikely to be worth the effort of sorting the brass etc.

I'm a bit of a snob with brass, so would want to use Lapua, Alpha or Peterson ideally, so neck turning would definitely be a reality of the SLR.

I’m far from a reloading expert and mine didn’t take anything out of the ordinary to get shooting and I used 6XC data.

Lapua brass off the shelf. Just saying.
