7mm PRC Data

I am having a 7mm PRC built. 22" barrel with 1-8 twist. Anybody using copper for deer and what load can you recommend.

I’ve been using some Virtus Precision 165 grain prototypes. They shoot sub half MOA 5 shot groups in my stalking 7 PRC at circa 2900FPS and have shot reds and sika out to 350m with excellent results. I’m unsure when they’ll come to market but @Virtus Precision UK may be able to give some better detail.

Loading data for the 7mm Rem Mag is plentiful and it has almost exactly the same case capacity.
