Every time I try to post a photo I get the following message.

IMG_1583.JPG: Exceeds your quota by 648.8 KB. <a href="misc.php?do=attachments" target="_blank">Click here to view your attachments</a>

Can someone tell me how to get rid of this and what the photo quota is?

You need to delete some of your older photo's
Go to your gallery and remove some

eggy you need to use photobucket or image shack or something similar to host your pick then just paste the link in your post that way it doesnt take up space,atb wayne

The clue is in the message.... Click where it says and check to see how much space you are using!

Attachments

You can review all your attachments, see how much space you are using and delete any you want
