Hi he’s tried to join but your site has also blocked the email address therefore he is unable to rejoin. Can someone just unblock the account?

I’ll ask him to try again. He tried with the same username it refused. Then he tried with a different one and it said the email address needed to be unique and not attached to another username. I’ll get him to try again and if necessary I’ll get him to screenshot it.
